One AI error fix (or accessibility AI fix) costs 2 credits. A theme review costs 25 / 75 / 150 credits depending on tier (Quick / Standard / Deep). Accessibility scans themselves don't consume credits — only the LLM-powered fixes do. Auto-applying alt text from product titles is also free (no Claude call).
AI features pause until credits refresh on the 1st of the next month. Monitoring (errors, synthetic checkout walks, accessibility scans, alerts) keeps running normally. You can upgrade to a higher plan any time — Shopify pro-rates the difference.
The Free plan is the trial. It has no time limit and includes 10,000 events, 25 AI credits, real-user error tracking, AI error fixes, and on-demand accessibility scans on a specific page. Use it as long as you want; upgrade only when you need more events, more AI credits, synthetic checkout monitoring, theme review, push recovery, or storefront-wide accessibility scans.
Through Shopify's billing system. Approved subscriptions appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Cancel any time from the Billing page inside the app — Shopify handles pro-rated refunds automatically.
Yes. Click Cancel review on any running job. We stop calling Claude immediately and don't charge any credits — even partial. You only pay for completed reviews.
The Enterprise tier at $199/month gives you 5,000 AI credits — over 3× the Max bucket — and works out to the best per-credit price in the lineup ($0.040/credit vs Max at $0.066). It's the right fit if you're regularly hitting Max's 1,500-credit cap before mid-month, or running an agency that burns credits across multiple Shopify stores. No PII. We capture page URL, error message, stack trace, and session ID (a random opaque string). We don't store names, emails, addresses, or order contents from your storefront. See our privacy policy for details.
Per Shopify's GDPR mandatory webhooks, all your monitoring data is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstalling the app. No 30-day grace period — fully purged.
