StorePulse isn't showing any data after install. What's wrong?

Open Settings in the app. Confirm the activation checklist shows Storefront tracking delivered: active on storefront. If not, click Reconnect tracking once, then enable StorePulse Tracking in your theme's App embeds (Online Store → Themes → Customize). Visit your storefront. Within 30 seconds, the dashboard should populate.

Can I scan a password-protected or "Coming Soon" storefront?

Accessibility scans run inside a real browser with cookies so they can pass a storefront password if you provide one. The synthetic checkout monitor detects the password gate and pauses the run (it surfaces as "Paused — storefront password-protected" on the dashboard) rather than firing a false-positive Checkout broken alert.

How accurate are AI fix proposals?

For typical theme JS errors (null/undefined access, missing event listeners, broken cart selectors), accuracy is high — Claude reads the stack trace and recent samples to produce file-specific fixes. For complex business logic or cross-file refactors, the proposal is a good starting point but should be reviewed and tested. Always preview before publishing.

I got a credit charged but the AI fix wasn't useful. Can I get a refund?

Email support@deepseatools.in with the issue ID and a short note. We refund credits for clearly bad outputs and use the feedback to improve our prompts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Billing in the app and click Downgrade to Free on the Free plan card. Shopify cancels the subscription immediately and pro-rates the refund. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall StorePulse from Shopify Admin → Apps. Per Shopify's GDPR mandatory webhooks, all your monitoring data, errors, alerts, audits, and merchant config is permanently deleted within 48 hours.

Do you offer agency / multi-store discounts?

Email us with your store count. We work with agencies on custom plans and consolidated billing.

What if Claude is down — does monitoring stop?

No. Error tracking, synthetic checkout walks, accessibility scans, push recovery, and all alerts keep running normally. Only AI features (error fixes, theme review) pause. Existing fix proposals already in your dashboard remain accessible.

Can I export my data?

Email support@deepseatools.in from your registered shop's admin email and request an export. We deliver a JSON archive of your events, errors, alerts, and audits within 14 days.
